Delia's Elixer
Bartender T. J. Williams created this drink which has the most peculiar history. Says T.J., “When we opened the Basement almost 2 years ago a ghost named Delia was on the second floor. It was well documented that she was occupying the house. After a couple of weeks and many creepy experiences (doors shutting, sounds of running, laughing, etc.) we decided to dedicate our first cocktail to her. We have been in her good graces ever since which I think is because it’s such a tasty cocktail!” I have to agree with Delia; it is hauntingly good!
Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz agave
4 raspberries
Instructions:
Muddle the raspberries in a shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake and strain into a bucket glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon zest peel.
