The California Sunset
The California Sunset, courtesy of the Ventura Limoncello Company, uses only locally grown ingredients. Their traditional Italian lemon liqueur is a three generations old family recipe and comes in Originale, Crema, Vinaigrette, and Blood Orange. The bright, cool freshness of the iced California Sunset took my taste buds on a ride up PCH. The moment we tasted it at the Beverly Hills Wine Festival I knew this recipe would be a hit at the next Sunday Funday with the gang! Super easy to make and exceptionally luscious!
Ingredients:
3 oz. Ventura Limoncello
1 ½ oz. Cranberry juice
1 ½ oz. Club soda
Splash of Sweet & Sour
Instructions:
Serve over ice with a lemon wheel
